General Appointment Information
The office will confirm your appointment the day before and can provide an estimated appointment time frame. The tech will call when they are on their way to the property.
We kindly ask that any dogs or other loose animals be contained when the service tech arrives. It is our company policy to charge a $65 estimate fee that will be credited towards the labor of any work that you choose to have completed. We do have a minimum of $250 for labor for work that exceeds an inspection.
At the time of the inspection, the tech will take notes on what is needed for the job. The office will type an estimate and send electronically to the email provided. A copy can be mailed if you prefer. If you would like to move forward, please complete the document with signature and provide the deposit required. After both are provided, the materials will be ordered. When the materials arrive, the office will contact you to schedule the appointment to complete the work.
